Clients agree to pay all fees associated with our services as outlined in the service agreement. Fees are due according to the payment schedule specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment. All fees are non-refundable except as specifically stated in our satisfaction guarantee.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. This includes personal identification, financial records, and credit reports as requested. Clients must promptly respond to requests for additional information and must review all documents before they are submitted to credit bureaus or creditors.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

6. Term and Termination

The term of our services begins when you sign up and continues until terminated by either party. You may cancel your service at any time by providing written notice. We may terminate services if you breach these Terms or for any other reason with 30 days' notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

BrightStar Consultant is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your requirements or that they will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where BrightStar Consultant is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
